Martin 000-30 Authentic 1919

The Martin 000-30 Authentic 1919, built in 2018, is an exceptional Authentic model from Martin and is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive 000 models ever made. The Authentic series is considered the finest that Martin produces outside of the Custom Shop. In this series, historic instruments are reconstructed down to the smallest detail—from the design and materials used to traditional craftsmanship. The Martin 000-30 Authentic 1919 combines historic Martin craftsmanship with uncompromising material selection and top-of-the-line features.

Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful Style 30 inlays with exquisite abalone inlays, the intricately designed rosette, and the magnificent multi-stripe binding. Visually, this guitar is an absolute standout and perfectly captures the elegance of historic pre-war Martin instruments.

The combination of a solid Adirondack spruce top with the Martin Vintage Tone System and solid Madagascar rosewood for the back and sides produces an exceptionally open, dynamic, and full-bodied sound. Despite its compact 000 body style, this guitar surprises with impressive richness and projection. In addition to fingerstyle playing, it’s also ideal for strumming and delivers an astonishingly wide soundstage with rich bass, clear highs, and excellent string separation.

The condition is very good to like-new. The guitar is in excellent condition. The frets are also in like-new condition.

We carefully set up every guitar. We adjust the neck radius and string action to ensure that the guitar plays cleanly, comfortably, and without buzzing across the entire fretboard.

The string action is 2.5 mm on the low E string and 2.0 mm on the high e string, measured at the 12th fret.
