For sale is a 2005 Martin D-28 Custom Shop Slope Shoulder.

The Martin Guitar Company, founded in 1833 by Christian Frederick Martin, is one of the oldest and most prestigious guitar manufacturers in the world. For nearly two centuries, Martin has produced countless legendary guitar models and has significantly influenced the history of the acoustic guitar with its instruments.

This Martin D-28 Custom Shop features a Slope Shoulder body shape, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers sonic advantages. The rounded shoulders create a fuller, balanced sound that remains powerful yet clear and defined, especially in the bass. This makes it ideal for singer-songwriters, strummers, and fingerpickers seeking a strong yet harmonious tone.

To allow for amplified sound, a Fishman pickup has been installed. Additionally, the standard plastic bridge pins have been replaced with ebony pins with abalone inlays.

The overall condition is very good. There are minor signs of play, but that’s about it. The frets are almost in new condition.
