The Atkin OM-SR is a high-quality instrument from the English guitar manufacturer Atkin Guitars, which has been known for its excellent craftsmanship in Canterbury since the 1990s. With great attention to detail, guitars are crafted there that meet the highest standards, both in terms of sound and workmanship. Musicians such as Paul McCartney, Sinéad O’Connor, and Graham Coxon (Blur) are among the fans of this brand.

The OM body shape offers a well-balanced sound and, thanks to its comfortable size, is perfectly suited for both fingerpicking and strumming. The combination of a torrified Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides delivers clear highs, warm mids, and a solid bass foundation. Its quick response and high dynamics make this guitar a versatile companion in any musical setting.

The guitar impresses with a low action and comfortable playability across the entire fretboard. Additionally, it is equipped with an LR Baggs M1 Active soundhole pickup, providing high-quality amplification while faithfully reproducing the guitar’s natural sound.

The Atkin OM-SR was built in 2012 and is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of use.
