The Martin 000C-16 GTE is a versatile model that is perfect for stage, couch and studio. This guitar has already been on tour with its previous owner, but is in very good condition. Signs of use are present but do not affect the function or sound. The non-original case shows heavier signs of use but is fully functional.
With a solid Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides, the 000C-16 GTE delivers the typical Martin sound: balanced, warm and rich in detail with clear projection. The comfortable 000 format with cutaway makes it particularly flexible – from fingerstyle and strumming to stage use with amplification.
The built-in Fishman Prefix Stereo Blender pickup and preamp system ensures excellent sound pickup and authentically amplifies the characteristic Martin sound. The mahogany neck with Richlite fingerboard, soft V-profile and 16″ radius is pleasant to play and offers stability and comfort.
A great Martin guitar that is in no way inferior to a 000-18 in terms of sound. The playability is excellent thanks to the flat string action and makes it a reliable companion in any situation.
