The F512 embodies the 12-string history of guitar making by Californian manufacturer Guild like no other. A jumbo acoustic guitar of the very highest quality with a legendary sound. The traditional construction of a AAA-grade Sitka spruce top – which unfolds its full potential with a bracing of Adirondack spruce – together with the solid Indian rosewood body guarantees a direct response, long sustain and a resonance in a class of its own.
The 3-piece neck made of mahogany/walnut/mahogany, which has a pleasant C-shape profile and is also extremely “solid” thanks to this construction method, so that it will retain its shape for decades. The nut width is 47 mm.
The condition of this guitar from 2009 is magnificent. A collector’s item in mint condition.
There was only a small paint defect on the front. This was repaired by master luthier Thomas Regn (filled with nitrocellulose lacquer and polished). You can still see it if you look closely, but you can’t feel it. See the last two photos.
